1.2. Exploitation of Children:
Generating or sharing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or harms children is strictly prohibited. We promptly report such instances to the relevant authorities, including the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
1.3. Hateful, Harassing, or Violent Content:
Creating, distributing, or promoting content that expresses, incites, or glorifies hate based on identity, or that intends to harass, threaten, or bully individuals is strictly prohibited. Similarly, generating content that promotes or celebrates violence, suffering, or humiliation of others is not allowed.
1.4. Malware Generation:
Attempting to generate code or content that disrupts, damages, or gains unauthorized access to computer systems, including the creation of malware, is strictly prohibited.
1.5. Activities with High Risk of Physical Harm:
Engaging in activities related to weapons development, military and warfare, management or operation of critical infrastructure in energy, transportation, and water sectors is prohibited. Additionally, any content that promotes, encourages, or depicts acts of self-harm, such as suicide, cutting, or eating disorders, is strictly prohibited.
1.6. Activities with High Risk of Economic Harm:
Engaging in multi-level marketing, gambling, payday lending, automated determinations of eligibility for credit, employment, educational institutions, or public assistance services, is prohibited.
1.7. Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity:
Participating in scams, coordinated inauthentic behavior, plagiarism, academic dishonesty, astroturfing (creating fake grassroots support or generating fake reviews), disinformation, spam, or promoting pseudo-pharmaceuticals is strictly prohibited.
1.8. Adult Content and Dating Apps:
Generating or promoting adult content, adult industries, and dating apps that aim to arouse sexual excitement or offer sexual services (excluding sex education and wellness) is not allowed.
1.9. Political Campaigning or Lobbying:
Generating high volumes of campaign materials, creating campaign materials personalized to or targeted at specific demographics, building conversational or interactive systems such as chatbots that provide information about campaigns or engage in political advocacy or lobbying, or building products for political campaigning or lobbying purposes is prohibited.
1.10. Privacy Violation:
Tracking or monitoring individuals without their consent, employing facial recognition of private individuals, classifying individuals based on protected characteristics, using biometrics for identification or assessment, or engaging in unlawful collection or disclosure of personal identifiable information, educational, financial, or other protected records is strictly prohibited.
1.11. Unauthorized Practice of Law:
Engaging in the unauthorized practice of law or offering tailored legal advice without the review of a qualified professional is prohibited. Our models are not fine-tuned to provide legal advice, and you should not rely solely on our models for such purposes.
1.12. Unauthorized Financial Advice:
Offering tailored financial advice without the review of a qualified professional is strictly prohibited. Our models are not fine-tuned to provide financial advice, and you should not rely solely on our models for such purposes.
1.13. Medical Information and Services:
Telling someone they have or do not have a certain health condition or providing instructions on how to cure or treat a health condition is not allowed. Our models are not fine-tuned to provide medical information, and you should never use our models to provide diagnostic or treatment services for serious medical conditions. Our platforms should not be used to triage or manage life-threatening issues that require immediate attention.
1.14. High-Risk Government Decision-Making:
Engaging in activities related to law enforcement and criminal justice, migration and asylum decisions, or any high-risk government decision-making is prohibited.
